1. Q. What is a verified review?
A. Verified reviews are left using a unique verification code from either the thank you cards handed out by your business or an email sent to your customers. BizzSpot can also call your customers directly to get a verified review. This confirms the review as coming from a legitimate customer of your business, making these reviews more valuable and trustworthy to potential customers.

2. Q. Can I delete reviews that I don't like?
A. Verified reviews will never be removed except in cases of obscenity or personal attacks, conflict of interest (such as a reviewer with a relationship w/ the business,) or violation of local/state/federal law or the rights of any third party. If you believe a review was not left by an actual customer, a dispute process is in place to determine whether or not they were a customer. If they were not or it can't be confirmed, the review will be removed.

3. Q. What happens if I get a bad review?
A. First, if it isn't already verified, the review will be checked to confirm it's not spam and came from a legitimate customer. Having a few negative reviews will not particularly hurt your business. Customers know no business is perfect and they're looking for the information to make a well-informed choice. You can respond directly to reviews within the system, so a negative review is an opportunity to display how you respond and make things right when the need arises. A few negative reviews also make all of your reviews more credible to consumers. Having nothing but glowing reviews can look suspicious to customers.

4. Q. Why do I need reviews? I already have testimonials.
A. Customers are looking for an accurate, well-rounded, and current picture of how your company does business. Testimonials are often viewed as hand picked from the past and out of date. Verified reviews hosted by a third party carry more weight and authenticity and are guaranteed to be current. They help generate more leads and keep site content fresh.

5. Q. Where can my reviews be seen?
A. Reviews left for your business will appear on the BizzSpot profile page and be linked in the BizzSpot Twitter feed. Customers who are logged into Facebook can have their review posted to their Facebook wall. BizzSpot uses the reviews microformat, which means search engines like Google can recognize and index them, allowing them to appear next to the map with your local business listing. The full reviews system can be embedded within your company's website with a simple piece of code, or an icon linking to your reviews can be placed on your website as well. Your reviews can also be printed to hand out with job quotes or used with other marketing campaigns. BizzSpot provides many tools to help you get your reviews in front of potential customers.

6. Q. What if I don't get business online?
A. Customers are looking for you online whether you do business via your website or not. The majority of consumers will do research about your business online before choosing you and most of those consumers are looking to see what your previous customers say about you. Reviews are the online equivalent of word of mouth advertising and allow people searching online to benefit from the opinions and experiences of your existing customers. Recent independent reviews increase customer acquisition and let your best customers speak on your behalf.

7. Q. What if I don't need more business?
A. Reviews increase customer loyalty. Having reviews available means there's a better chance customers will choose you again, and they'll be more likely to use your other services as well.

A. Customers will review your business on a scale from 1-5 stars overall. They will be asked about pricing, general likes and dislikes about using your services, and whether they would recommend your service to a friend.

A. Customers can leave a review by calling in to an automated system. This automated system will ask the customer several questions about their experience with your business; the answers are recorded, transcribed by us, and put online. This makes it very easy for people who are not comfortable using a computer to leave a review.

A. You provide us a list of your recent customers and we will call them on your behalf to get a review. We ask them several questions and from their answers we form the review and post it online. This is the fastest way to start getting reviews.
